A serious, beautifully dry Corpinnat rosé, combining wild strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and cherry with Mediterranean herbs and subtle toast. Fresh and saline on the palate, with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a long mineral finish. Aged for over 30 months on lees and bottled Brut Nature with zero dosage.
