Tasting Note

An extraordinary single-vineyard Xarel·lo from 1940-planted vines, aged for over 12 years on its lees. Layers of pear, apricot and white flowers evolve into brioche, toasted nuts, dried fruit, balsamic herbs and mineral notes. Exceptionally fine and vibrant on the palate, with superb freshness, silky texture and a remarkably long, saline finish.

Recaredo Turó d’en Mota is an exceptional Spanish sparkling wine from the house of Recaredo in Catalonia. Produced as the epitome of Cava, it exhibits extraordinary complexity and depth. Made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes from a single vineyard and single vintage, this biodynamic wine boasts profound minerality and elegant structure. Annually, a limited production of 3,000 bottles maintains the wine's remarkable and exclusive nature.
