Tasting Note

It shines in fresh and sweet flavors consisting of white melon and white nectarine peach combined with elder and jasmine blossom. A zest of spring shows up. This wine opens up on the palate to citrus fruits and fresh hints of menthol (reminiscent of pepper mint) around a steely core of laser-sharp acidity. A vibrant wine, with a firm texture noticeable along the entire centre of the tongue with a crisp, lingering finish.

Product Notes

Gaja Rossj-Bass is an exquisite white wine from renowned Italian winemaker, Angelo Gaja. Displaying a straw-yellow hue, this elegant wine emits a rich bouquet of ripe stone fruits, citrus and delicate floral accents. The palatable blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc brands it as an enjoyable drink with an enticing acidity and well-rounded fruit flavours. With its aging potential, it develops more depth and complexity, a salute to the winemaker's craft. This luxurious, well-structured wine is a brilliant accompaniment to seafood dishes and white meats, peaking gastronomic pleasure with each sip.
