The nose of the 2019 Chardonnay Ladybug sends tingles of anticipation down your spine, bursting into a beautiful display of pink grapefruit, honeyed pears and apple pie scents, before giving way to notions of crushed cashews, powdered ginger and butterscotch with a waft of orange blossoms. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is so impactful and yet exquisitely elegant with a satiny texture and racy backbone, finishing with epic length and depth. Absolutely delicious right now, give it a year or two in bottle (at least) for that next-level experience.

Hudson Ladybug Chardonnay is an elegant, Californian wine of remarkable quality. Perfectly capturing the sun-drenched vineyards and cool evening breeze of Carneros, it brims with abundant flavours of buttery caramel and ripe, golden apples. This Chardonnay boasts a beautiful balance of exuberant fruitiness and refreshing acidity, resulting in a rich yet harmonious palate. A subtle hint of toasted oak and a velvety smooth texture add to its charm. The Hudson Ladybug Chardonnay is sumptuously indulgent, making it an ideal companion to delicate seafood dishes or enjoyed simply on its own. A magnificent example of fine American Chardonnay, enchanting to the very last drop.
