Product Notes

Jim Barry Lodge Hill Riesling is a distinguished dry white wine from Australia's Clare Valley. It is lauded for its sterling balance of acidity and intense citrus flavours. Expressive notes of vibrant lime and zesty grapefruit enhanced by a minerality undertone. On the palate, it exhibits lively freshness backed by a long, crisp finish. The wine's impeccable depth and youthful acidity make it a perfect match for seafood dishes and mature cheeses. Honouring the practice of sustainable farming, the Lodge Hill vineyard ensures the resulting Riesling reflects the pure expression of its environment. Truly, a splendid part of Jim Barry's esteemed collection.

Tasting Notes

The wine displays a brilliant pale straw in the glass. Lifted white floral aromas with lemon, limes and hint of spice on the nose. The pallet leads with citrus and a silky line, wet slate and fresh ginger with juicy melon through the mid palate. Finishing with a talc like minerality and juicy acidity.
