Pale lemon-green colour. Nose of medium intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, tea, brioche together with flinty and botanical notes. The equally botanical palate is complemented by mint, grapefruit and a delicate minerality. Medium+ body with vibrant acidity that balances the oily mouthfeel. Moderate length with a saline finish.
