Product Notes

Nyetimber Cuvée Chérie Demi-Sec wine is a delightful British gem. This medium sweet sparkler is vibrant and exuberant, with honeyed notes and a palate of ripe melons and rich caramelised orchard fruits, paired with a subtle, elegant hint of brioche. Its refined balance of sweetness and acidity is remarkable, inviting thread of crisp, fresh lemon lacing throughout. The tiny perlage imparts mesmerising texture. Crafted exclusively from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes using traditional methods, this exquisite wine represents the distinctive taste of the English countryside. It's perfect for comforting, indulgent desserts as well as sophisticated aperitif.

Tasting Notes

A gastronomic wine, this pairs brilliantly with sweet and fragrant savoury dishes alike. Light golden hues illuminate this delicately effervescent wine. Aromas of brioche, baked apple and Acacia honey are followed by a hint of tangerine peel. The palate of lemon curd is balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, pure structure. Its name is a reference to Nyetimber’s skilled winemaker, Cherie Spriggs, as well as its higher level of dosage.
