Okro’s Wine Zvari Rkatsiteli is a natural Georgian wine marked by its unique character and taste. With notes of dried fruit, honey, and hints of smoky tea, it is distinct and versatile. This orange wine, made with Rkatsiteli grapes, is left in contact with their skins during fermentation, thus imparting a deep, golden-orange hue. Aged in underground clay pots called qvevri, the flavour is further intensified. It exhibits a balance between refreshing acidity and muted tannins, offering a complex yet pleasing palate.
