The vineyards predominantly cater to Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino, also offering a small section dedicated to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

A staunch believer in organic and sustainable farming, Rocca di Montegrossi refrains from using synthetic chemicals in its vineyards.
