Tasting Note

The Cabernet really shines through; it is so velvety and smooth. That’s the early life of this wine. Then, over the years, the Shiraz will emerge and become more prominent. You can see why Robert decided to make this traditional Australian blend so many years ago. It’s a favourite of mine; I’ll be putting a lot of this in my cellar. 2021 was just so good.
