Product Notes

SPOKE Amped Chardonnay is a truly delectable white wine produced in sunny California. This impressive tipple exudes divine aromas of ripe citrus, apple, honeysuckle and toasted brioche. The palate is lavished with flavours of pear, lemon curd and creamy vanilla, defined by a crisp acidity that ensures an elegant finish. The unique fermentation in French oak barrels lends a tender toastiness to this splendid bouillabaisse of flavours. Ideal for pairing with light, creamy dishes or savoured on its own, SPOKE Amped Chardonnay captures sophistication and freshness in every sip – an absolute delight for any wine connoisseur.

Tasting Notes

Palate -Noticeably dry, despite its obvious richness and complexity with the aromatic profile of the nost following through. The wine is pinned together by minerality and phenolic texture rather than acidity as such and is delicious for it. Very good now, this wine will evolve over the next five years. Aroma/Bouquet - Bruised green apple notes, stone fruit and almond dominate the nose with a hint of white flowers and honey.
