Pale golden straw in colour with a bright, luminous hue, this wine opens with expressive aromas of ripe white peach, nectarine, lemon cheesecake, and fresh vanilla bean, layered with hints of fig, nougat, toasted oats, and cashew. The palate is vibrant and beautifully balanced, showcasing juicy notes of nashi pear, lime, and rockmelon alongside subtle nuances of shortbread, pastry, caramel, and roasted nuts. Firm yet refined acidity and well-integrated phenolics provide structure and length, carrying the wine to an elegant, harmonious finish.
