Taste Profile
Tasting Note
The colour is a delicate strawberry pink, with just a suggestion of bronze and onion skin. The bouquet springs from the glass, immediate and assertive, rich with sweet summer raspberry fruit and subtle autumnal blackberry. The blends high proportion of Pinot Meunier also gives the wine a heady note and savoury edge. The palate is finely knit and multi-layered after its extended ageing in bottle, and remains vivacious and intense, yet with a marine undertone.
Product Notes
Hambledon Vineyard Première Cuvée Rosé is a divine English wine, exuding elegance with each sip. It entices with a vibrant salmon hue, encompassed by an exquisite aroma of redcurrants, wild strawberries, and hints of toasted brioche. This wine surprises the palate with a harmonious blend of fruity and savoury layers, characterized by crunchy red apples, ripe strawberries, and a touch of mushroom. Aged on lees for a minimum of 36 months, it boasts a crisp freshness that marvellously partners the wine's creamy texture and long complex finish. Truly, a delectable British rosé to elevate any occasion.
