Product Notes

Domaine Moreau-Naudet Chablis Vieilles Vignes Pargues is an exceptional French white wine boasting a complex but delightful flavour profile. This charming Chablis, crafted from old vine grapes grown in the prestigious Pargues vineyard, reflects a vivid mineral character that the region is famed for. On the palate, crisp apple tones intermingle with a rich creaminess and subtle hints of stony minerality. Its poised acidity and lasting finish enhance the flavours beautifully. This wine pairs delightfully with seafood and poultry dishes. Maturing gracefully, this is a Chablis that showcases the exquisite craftsmanship of the Moreau-Naudet estate.

About the Winery

Domaine Moreau-Naudet

Domaine Moreau-Naudet is a distinctively well-regarded winery, located in the heartland of France's celebrated Chablis vineyards. Nestled in the picturesque Burgundy region, the Domaine has been growing and developing its roots since the 1960s.

The winery was initially formed by Christian Moreau and was later inherited by his son, Stephane Moreau. The Moreau family has honed their wine-making techniques over the generations, adhering to traditional practices whilst exploring innovative approaches. Today, the winery is overseen by Virginie Moreau, Stephane’s spouse who took the reins following his untimely passing in 2016.

Over its illustrious five-decade history, Domaine Moreau-Naudet has developed a reputation for cultivating numerical vine varietals, most notably their distinct Chardonnay. The perfect amalgamation of tradition, terroir, and technology has enabled the winery to produce wines that have gained international acclaim. The winery not only ages its wines but also labels and bottles them on the premises.

Summing up, Domaine Moreau-Naudet is a beacon of winemaking artistry, unwavering family commitment, and respect for the land. This landmark winery offers an individual taste, freezes time within every bottle, and reflects the sweetness, body, and warmth of the beautiful hills of Chablis.
