Palazzo del Mare Catarratto is a crisp, approachable white wine made from Sicily’s native Catarratto grape. Bright and refreshing, it offers inviting aromas of citrus fruit, green apple and delicate white blossom. On the palate, lively acidity balances flavours of lemon, pear and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, leading to a clean, satisfying finish.
