On the nose it opens with fresh balsamic and saline layers, overlaid by wisps of smoke and wet stone minerality. The palate is smooth and elegantly fluid, offering crisp acidity balanced by a refined structure that feels both lively and grounded. Red fruit flavors meld with herbaceous spice and gentle oak echoes from its 14 months in used French barrels, while the finish delivers a lingering saline bite that keeps you coming back. At just 11.5% alcohol, it's light in body yet full in personality—a delectable, refreshing red with impeccable balance and Galician charm.
