Tasting Note

Ripe aromatics with a delicate expression; elderflower and clover honey adds complexity to the lemonade apple flavours which bloom across the gently pithy, dry palate.

Product Notes

The Clos Henri Otira Glacial Stones Sauvignon Blanc emanates from Marlborough, New Zealand, a region famed for exceptional wines. Its hue is a perfectly clear, radiant yellow. It astounds with its intense bouquet of ripe peaches, sharp lime and exotic passion fruit, encased by underlying mineral notes. A fresh sip delivers a powerful taste, a tangy citrusy zest precedes a crisp, long finish marked by stony minerality. This wine showcases the unique terroir it originates from, with its palate shaped by glacial stones and clay loams. It’s a wonderfully refreshing, top-notch Sauvignon Blanc that pairs well with fresh seafood and creamy cheeses.
