Bright mid-density colour with purple hues complement the fragrant red spice and bramble fruit of Hunter Shiraz. Initial palate is very supple and complete, giving a lovely flow with mid-palate sweetness which carries though to the finish. The length of the wine is underpinned by the wine’s natural acidity and fruit sweetness. A classic, elegant Hunter Valley Shiraz with fine long tannins and incredible length.
