The Etna Rosato is 100% Nerello Mascalese and is pale salmon colour, obtained from direct pressing and without any skin maceration. Lovely nose, very elegant and marine and savoury, with just a slight hint of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is saline and expressive, showing nectarine, hints of rhubarb and red apple skin

About the Winery

Graci

The Graci winery, harmoniously nestled on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, offers a taste of Sicily at its finest. A vinous experience here is not simply to engage with the flavours of a wine but to engage with an authenticity steeped in the rich fabric of history and tradition.

The winery maintains a low intervention approach, allowing the natural characteristics of the land and the grape varieties to shine through. Etna’s distinct volcanic soil lends a unique mineral quality to the wines, resulting in a flavour profile that is truly distinctive.

Founded by Alberto Aiello Graci, the Graci winery is rooted in a passion for and respect towards the land. Spread over 46 hectares at two different altitudes, they farm the indigenous Nerello Mascalese and Carricante varieties, keeping their production consistent with the area's traditions. It's the combination of these traditional methods, coupled with Alberto’s modern approach, that has led Graci winery to gain international acclaim.

At the heart of the Graci philosophy is a commitment to sustainably producing quality wines, with a primary focus on expressing the unique terroir of Mount Etna.
