Taste Profile
Tasting Note
Rich ruby tending towards garnet in colour. Rich and complex to the nose, with notes of cherries, wild berry jam, candied citrus peel and spices. To the taste it’s an amazing wine, where it begins sweet and then gives way to a fresh finish with an aromatic persistence to the nose.
Product Notes
Antonelli San Marco Passito Sagrantino di Montefalco is an exquisite dessert wine produced from strictly selected Sagrantino grapes. Made in the historic region of Montefalco, Italy, this wine presents a radiant ruby red hue. On the palate, it offers an abundance of red fruits, combined with hints of spicy pepper and cocoa, culminating in a pleasingly warm and full-bodied finish. Its rich taste and harmonious balance of sweetness and tannins make it a perfect companion to mature cheeses, desserts, or savoured on its own. A prime example of Italian mastery in winemaking.
