Chateau Pesquié Artemia is a delightful French wine, boasting an intense ruby red colour and enticing aromas of dark fruits, such as black cherry and plum, complemented by hints of black pepper and spices. This wine's decadent palate is layered with rich fruitiness and perfectly balanced with well-integrated tannins, that lead to a captivatingly long finish. Renowned for its full-bodied, complex character and excellent cellaring potential, this Ventoux is crafted from Syrah and Grenache. Simply sublime with hearty dishes or savoured on its own, Chateau Pesquié Artemia is an exceptional showcase of Ventoux region winemaking.

About the Winery

Chateau Pesquié

Château Pesquié is a charming family-run winery conveniently situated at the foot of the illustrious Mont Ventoux, in southeastern France. The vineyard, resting on over 200 acres of pristine land, benefits from a terroir rich in limestone and a wonderful Mediterranean climate that is conducive to growing high-quality grapes.

The estate's history is laden with long-standing viticulture traditions thanks to its location. In fact, references to the vineyard date as far back as the Roman period, acting as a testimony to the longevity of this timeless craft, bringing its tale into the present day with elegance and grace.

The vineyard employs a meticulous blend of traditional and modern winemaking techniques, resulting in excellent bottles. The Château Pesquié repertoire is nothing short of impressive; offering a stunning range of wines from red, white, and rosé to suit even the most selective of palates. Furthermore, the passion, dedication, and expertise of the Chaudière family shines through in each sip, leaving a fulfilling and memorable tasting experience.

However, one thing that really makes Château Pesquié stand out is its unwavering commitment to sustainability. The Chaudière family, namely brothers Alexandre and Frédéric, have always championed organic farming, advocating for sizeable collective efforts made towards preservation of the environment.

From its awe-inspiring views of Mont Ventoux, to the peaceful, accommodating tasting rooms, there is no shortage of allure here. The château offers tours that provide insight into its rich history, enlightening guests about: how they create their exquisite wines that are lovingly exported to more than 20 countries.

Ultimately, Château Pesquié is more than just a winery - it's a testament to generations of passion for winemaking, tradition, and respect for nature & terroir, all seamlessly combining to create a delightful beacon of French hospitality and craftsmanship. However, this sublime winery is best appreciated in person, sipping on a glass of Pesquié wine as you soak in the historic elegance or join in the celebration of a timeless craft.
