Product Notes

Domaine Jean-Baptiste Ponsot Rully Blanc 1er Cru 'Molesme' is an exquisite French white wine. Originating from the Rully appellation in Burgundy, this Premier Cru presents a delightful mix of elegant structure and intense flavour. The mélange of blossoming floral aromas and crisp green apple notes carry a delicate hint of minerality, thanks to the iconic limestone terroir. A silky palate reveals intricate layers of citrus, brioche and honey, beautifully balanced with refreshing acidity. The finish is long and satisfying, echoing sweet almond nuances. This wine is a splendid embodiment of the traditional Chardonnay varietal, exuding sophistication and finesse.

Tasting Notes

A luscious and energetic mouth with a good length. Beautiful marriage between the fat of the wine and the mineral tension. Round, precise and greedy.
