Product Notes

Dominio do Bibei Lapola Ribeira Sacra is an exquisite Spanish white wine emanating from the stony slopes of Galicia. Its beguiling blend of Godello, Albariño, and Dona Blanca grapes yields a full-bodied wine with a mineral-rich flavour profile. On the nose, there are immediate notes of pears, white peach, and citrus fruits which are beautifully underscored by balsamic undertones in the mouth. The sensation of lapola's boundaries of balance and acidity dance on the palate, demonstrating the captivating complexity of this wine. Ideal with seafood or white meat, perfect for any refined dining experience.

Tasting Notes

The nose is complex with vibrant aromas of citrus, wild herbs and a distinct minerality. The palate is deep and precise, with excellent acidity and creaminess from the lees contact. It will continue to develop over the next three years.
