Tasting Note

The wine opens with delicate aromas of white stone fruits, citrus, and gentle floral notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and mineral-driven, with a saline undertone that adds tension and balance. The finish is long and persistent, showcasing both the elegance and complexity that biodynamic winemaking can achieve. This vintage captures the character of its terroir while offering a refined, expressive, and harmonious drinking experience.

Product Notes

Bodega Cerrón's Remordimiento Blanco is a wonderfully vibrant Spanish white wine. Offering a symphony of intense citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose, it delights with a well-balanced, refreshing palate. A delicate minerality complements the ripe fruit flavours, leading to a striking finish. Unique grape varieties native to Almansa yield this wine’s refreshing character. Remordimiento Blanco showcases a fresh yet complex profile, making it perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with seafood delicacies. This is a testament to Bodega Cerrón's commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment, which shines through in every sip.
