Product Notes

The Philippe Colin Bourgogne Chardonnay is a delectably refined white wine hailing from the verdant vineyards of Burgundy, France. Exhibiting a bright gold hue, the wine exudes a complex aroma of honeyed citrus fruits, accentuated by subtle undertones of vanilla. On the palate, one might discern fruity hints of ripe apple, pear and white peach. A delicate balance of acidity adds depth to this Chardonnay, culminating in a persistently pleasing finish. Aesthetically bottled with minimalist design, it certainly adds a dash of French sophistication to any table setting. This wine is a delightful companion to seafood and creamy cheeses.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant and fresh with aromas and flavors of ripe fruit, this crowd-pleasing Chardonnay is beautifully balanced. It is exceptionally elegant, displaying incredible potential for a wine in this category with a satisfying, lengthy finish that is tinged with hints of vanilla and butterscotch nuances that are supported by a solid minerality. Ideal with fried fish or vegetables terrine. To be served at 10-12°C. Ageing potential: 1-5 years.
