Tasting Note

An intense red colour, with a lively blue rim. With aromas of ripe red fruit, it is both fresh and attractive at the same time. On the palate - it is rounded and full, with direct notes that echo the␉fruit found on␉the nose and it has the typical minerality of Priorat - llicorella soils.

About the Winery

Scala Dei

Nestled in the hushed valleys of Priorat, Catalonia, Spain, lies the enchanting Scala Dei winery. The winery, with its breath-taking beauty and rich history, weaves an enchanting tale of winemaking that dates back to the twelfth century. It is believed, monks of the Cartoixa of Scala Dei first introduced vine cultivation in the region, setting a historic trend that runs through the local veins to this day.
