These practices help to achieve natural balance and allow for different textural components which are then blended to achieve finesse and complexity. Bold and graceful with fragrances of lemon biscuit and overripe oranges.

Jordan Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is a robust white wine produced in the renowned Stellenbosch region of South Africa, epitomising nuanced finesse and a profile of elegance. This Chardonnay exhibits enticing aromas of fresh lemon zest, green apple and subtle toasty oak, underpinned by a vibrant minerality. On the palate, one can expect seamless layers of ripe, opulent fruit, perfectly complemented by well-integrated oak influence and a delicate hint of butterscotch. An extraordinary balance of acidity and creaminess gives this wine its luxuriant mouthfeel. Best enjoyed with fresh seafood or rich poultry dishes.
