Product Notes

Royal Oporto Late Bottle Vintage Porto is a rich, full-bodied fortified wine from Portugal’s Douro Valley. Deep ruby in colour, it offers aromas of ripe blackberries, plums and cherries, complemented by hints of chocolate, spice and dried fruit. On the palate, concentrated fruit flavours are balanced by smooth tannins and a warming, lingering finish. Matured for longer in cask than traditional Vintage Port, it is approachable when released and generally ready to enjoy without further ageing. Serve slightly cool alongside dark chocolate desserts, blue cheese or roasted nuts, or savour it on its own as an indulgent after-dinner drink.
