Product Notes

Palmer & Co Amazone de Palmer with Gift Box is an exquisite, high-end French wine born from sustained and meticulous cultivation. Displaying a flawless blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Amazone expresses a deep, sanguineous hue and flavour notes that range from dark berries to nuanced truffle undertones. Each bottle comes neatly boxed, making it the perfect gift for wine connoisseurs. Its elegant balance of tannic structure and velvety texture results in a luxurious, long-lasting finish. This wine represents a quintessential celebration of Palmer & Co.'s revered winemaking tradition.

Tasting Notes

Through its unique style, exclusive selection of the greatest terroirs of Montagne de Reims, slow ageing on lees, manual riddling on racks and the beautiful oval shape of the bottle, AMAZONE DE PALMER is a truly exceptional champagne. Fresh, concentrated Chardonnays from Trépail and Villers-Marmery are blended with robust, refined Pinot Noirs from Mailly and Verzenay for a rich match made in heaven. To achieve a wine of such ample and pure character, it is aged for ten years in the cool shade of our chalk cellars to distil nature’s generous bounty to absolute perfection. Nose of yellow and exotic fruits (panfried pineapple), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and dried fruits, then candied zest, roasted hazelnuts and brioche. Complex, rich and intense on the palate with a remarkable freshness.
