Product Notes

Poliziano Rosso di Montepulciano is an exquisite Italian wine that originates from vineyards in Tuscan hill towns. It's rich, ruby-red in colour, boasting arresting aromas of ripe red fruits, coupled with charming spice notes. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, presenting an elegant harmony between vivid acidity, fine tannins, and luscious flavours. The finish is lingering with intriguing notes of cherries and savoury spice. Pair it with red meat or mature cheeses to fully experience its complex character. A perfect bottle for those seeking a wine that combines tradition with a delightfully fresh and fruity taste profile.

About the Winery

Poliziano

Founded in the late 1960's by Dino Carletti, the Poliziano winery is situated in the heart of Montepulciano region in Tuscany, Italy. The name pays homage to native Renaissance poet Angelo Ambrogini, affectionately known as "Il Poliziano". Carletti's dream materialised with his first purchase of 22 hectares of land and today, Poliziano spans over 120 hectares of vineyard, producing top quality wines.
