Tasting Note

A fresh, elegant and thoughtful wild ferment from equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. This wine has an expression of mixed textural layers of red berries and yellow stone fruit, with notes of strawberries, new season cherries, freshly cut mango and ripening banana. Refreshing acidity with appealing textural quality and palate weight.
