Product Notes

Barbadillo Fino Pale Dry, originating from Spain’s best-known sherry region, enthralls with its unmistakably delicate character. This golden-hued, dry yet smooth wine enchants the palate with distinct notes of almonds, apples, and bread dough, balanced with slightly saline undertones. The profile is enriched by an exquisite hint of yeasty richness and an elegantly light body. Barbadillo Fino Pale Dry is aged under flor, resulting in intense freshness, making it an ideal accompaniment to light fare, seafood, or tapas. This beautifully complex wine, with its refined flavour profile and lingering finish, is a sophisticated take on traditional sherry.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in colour. The classis fino aromas are revealed on the nose; nuts, olives and the evocative suggestion of a patient ageing process. In the mouth it is sharp and exhibits full body and perfect balance
