Barbadillo's Pedro Ximénez "La Cilla" is an enchanting Andalusian sweet wine boasting a luxury blend of intense flavours. It exudes an alluring ebony hue with iodine rim, revealing rich aromas of prunes, figs, mocha and liquorice. Its velvety texture greets the palate with profound layers of dried fruits, toasted nuts, coffee, and dark chocolate notes. This enticing Sherry, aged in the traditional solera system, delivers an exquisite sensory journey of complex subtleties, a balanced sweetness and a lengthy, captivating finish. Tasting Notes

Very dark mahogany colour and aromas reminiscent of plums, raisins and chocolate against a background of noble oak. Velvety and sweet on the palate. Long finish with the predominant retro nasal aroma being that of raisins.
