Product Notes

Barbadillo Medium Amontillado is a delightful blend of tradition and flavourful notes. This stunning golden-brown wine originates from Spain's Sherry region, expertly made from Palomino grapes. Its unique taste palette is medium-dry, highlighting a subtle sweetness that intermingles with classic amontillado nuttiness and light acidity. You'll experience intriguing flavours of caramel, hazelnut, and dried fruit blends, with a slightly toasty undertone and floral aroma. A glass of this wine is perfect for pairing with strong cheeses, cured meats, or delightful on its own. Barbadillo Medium Amontillado wine elegantly encaptures the allure of the Spanish vineyards and the timeless craft of winemaking.

Tasting Notes

Delighful light amber colour. The smooth aromas tell of ageing in wood and reveal a touch of cinnamon; these same characteristics appear on the palate. Smooth and honest in the mouth with a pleasant persistence
