Product Notes

The Valdespino Fino Inocente Pago de Macharnudo wine is of an exquisite class with delicate hints of almond and camomile. This Sherry shows precise elegance in its bright golden colour. Its refreshing and pure crispness is particularly uplifting, revealing delicate citrus aromas on the nose. The wine has a delightful texture - zesty and tangy, yet subtly creamy, enhancing the overall tasting journey. Complexity and balance are truly well-melded in this expression from the high-altitude, single-vineyard Macharnudo. This Fino is aged for approximately ten years under flor, intensifying its distinct character, making it a true emblem of Andalusian tradition.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in colour. Savoury aromas bread dough, almonds, olives and dried apples dominate on the nose. Bone dry and bracingly refreshing on the palate, with a saline minerality and a long and complex finish.
