Product Notes

Valdespino Manzanilla Deliciosa Pago de Miraflores is a remarkable Spanish white wine, exuding elegance with an intriguing complexity. Subtly perfumed, its nose reveals enticing saline notes, fresh apple, and pungent yeast undertones. Delicate yet flavourful on the palate, it offers harmoniously balanced brioche, almond and citrus hints. Grown on the Miraflores vineyard's lustrous white albariza soils, this Manzanilla wine showcases all the finesse of Palomino grape – a testament to Valdespino's timeless vinification craft. Its refreshing mouthfeel, lasting finish and appealing depth make it an outstanding candidate for a range of seafood pairings. Truly, a delightful taste of Spanish terroir.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow coloured, with a delicate yeasty, bready note on the nose, as well as a hint of flower blossom. On the palate it is very dry, crisp and fresh with a slightly saline finish.
